Notable Contributions Of Dr Michael Hilton To Greater NYC
Dr Michael Hilton has been practicing what he cherishes in Emergency medicine since the year 2012. He was the attending physician at his Alma Mater,the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (PA) in the United States of America (USA). He was also employed in the same capacity as an attending physician in emergency medicine between the years 2016 and 2018 at Mount Sinai;

- Saint Luke’s and
- West New York (NY).
The contribution of Dr Michael Hilton as an emergency medicine (EM) expert would not be concluded without mentioning his stretch at Sollis Health facility in New York City (NYC). He held many leadership positions at this glorious Health center, including Associate Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) between the years 2019 and 2022.
Dr Michael Hilton is indeed an EM specialist. He has been certified by ABEM (American Board of Emergency Medicine) just to add and recognize his colossal contribution and involvement in offering outstanding EMS (Emergency Medical Services). He graduated from the School of Medicine, University of Pittsburgh, in the year 2009. He completed his Master of Public Health Education in this same elite higher institution. And he obtained a certificate in Disaster Preparedness in the year 2014.
It was atthe University of Pittsburgh, where he had the postgraduate education that he was mentored by

Dr. Hilton has got many other pieces of training and certifications that have made him thick as an EM expert. Some of these training are;
- Emergency Medical Technician-Basic from the Department of Health, NY, in the year 2001.
- National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians certificate in Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support in the year 2002.
- Training on accident victim extrication at the NY department of state in the year 2004.
- Basic and advanced cardiac life support training at the American Heart Association.
- Training program for Emergency vehicle Operators called VFIS (Volunteer Firemen’s Insurance Services) at the City of Pittsburgh in the year 2010.
And so many other certifications that are related to EM. Dr Michael Hilton has obtained certificates from the CITI (Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative) on Biomedical Researchers and Responsible Conduct of Research. He has been certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics and Heart Association through Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) he attended in the year 2012. He was also trained as a Water rescue for the First Responder by the Fish and Boat Commission of Pennsylvania.
Furthermore, Dr Michael Hilton has taken Advanced Topics in medical direction, a Medical director’s course and practicum organized by the National Association of EMS physicians. He has been awarded a certificate of appreciation for his contribution to the Pittsburgh G-20 Summit. He was also honored by his Alma Mater’s EM Residency with a certificate of excellence in Teaching. Dr. Hilton got awarded a “certificate of Recognition” by the office of Westchester County for his dedication to community services. He was also issued a “Certificate of Appreciation” by Catherine Parker due to his commitment and devotion to excellence.
The then NY state senator, Shelley B. Mayer, also recognized Dr Michael Hilton commitments in the year 2018. She proclaimed he was exemplary for his many contributions and services to the New York State.
